Returns

• You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 14 days from when your order ships.
• The products being returned must be in saleable condition. If you return products that are not in a saleable condition, you will not be refunded. We do not accept any used or opened bags of accessories, latex, weights, or opened packages of balloons.
• Latex balloons have a shelf life or an expiration date, so in order to keep our inventory fresh for all our customers, Party Store does not accept latex balloons that are returned after 14 days from the shipping date.
• Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost which will not be refunded.
• A restocking fee of 15% of the value of the items will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

• We do not allow exchanges.  A new order must be placed for a replacement.

Exceptions

• Defective claims on Foil balloons not inflated with a proper Foil inflator will not qualify for a refund.
• Seasonal products may not qualify for a refund. That includes any items in the Holiday categories, or balloons associated with a short period or event one time a year.
• We do not guarantee the color accuracy of the display or device used to view the products on our inventory. The displayed color is to be used as a guide only, although we have made efforts to ensure the color of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. Dissatisfaction with the color is considered a change of mind return.

Disclaimer

• A refund will only be issued for items that are in new, unopened and unused condition.  Refunds do not include the shipping charge shown on the packing slip and invoice. We absorb a percentage of the original shipping cost to ship the package to you. A restocking fee matching the actual shipping cost we pay our carriers will be deducted from the refund for change of mind returns. A 15% restocking may apply for change of mind returns. The shipping charge for your return must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during your return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return shipment. The shipping charge for returns will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange requested.
